Star Trucker (Original Soundtrack) - Various Artists
My album of the month is a soundtrack to a video game where you drive a big rig in outer space. I am as surprised as you are. I promise it’s not weird.
Okay maybe a little weird, because it’s all fake! They’re not “real” artists. The bands don’t exist outside of this game. Amazing. But also a little bit of a bummer, because there’s some solid gems on here, especially “Pilgrim Peterson’s” Another Day and Haunted. Truly bummed I couldn’t find more of their work because, well, there is none. Oh well. Still, the soundtrack is a gem and worth checking out if you enjoy blues, Americana, “old” country, or as the game calls it: “constellation cruisin’ rock, galactic country and starburst blues.”
Apple Music Chill House (Playlist) - Various Artists
A solid playlist that’s been on repeat in our home for a couple months now. Some stand out tunes including Look What You’ve Done by Duce, Watermark by Nora En Pure, and Bloom by culturalists.

If you’re chronically online like I am, you probably have seen this video recently (specifically when it starts at 4:17). If you’re also like me, you watch it in full every time. I am completely unfamiliar with any of the artists in this video, but I can’t stop watching. The choreography in this video is out of this world.

Been watching a lot of Pop Jeopordy on Netflix. And it turns out I am extremely out of touch because I understand maybe a quarter of the questions being asked.
